Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. For NZ  orders via Post Haste, expect 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Delays can occur (holidays, courier issues, sales, etc.). Dispatch starts the next business day, or from an item's estimated shipping date. Out-of-stock items and peak periods may extend this.

You'll receive a tracking link upon shipment. If it's been over 3 business days (excluding the above conditions) and you have no tracking link, please contact us here for assistance.
